-Mode of payment accepted: Cash, Bank Checks, ANCV.

-For group and individual bookings, a 30% deposit will be required. The balance will be required on the day of the activity.

For group registrations, the subscriber undertakes to inform each of the participants of the content of the activities and the corresponding conditions of practice.

When booking an activity, an activity start time is systematically communicated to the subscriber.We ask you to arrive 10 minutes before this time to ensure the smooth running of the activity and out of respect for others participants. If you are not there at least at the time of the scheduled departure, the instructor leaves with the other participants and no refund or compensation may be demanded by the latecomer.

When booking, clients of the Sarl AQUAPREST certify having read the general conditions of sale and undertake to inform the participants of their group of all the terms and conditions.

Conditions of practice:

Our activities are open to everyone, however, depending on the activity, certain conditions must be taken into account: age limit, ability to swim, technical or physical level, contra-indications, number of participants ... Towed activities (towed vehicles, water skiing, wakeboarding):

It is compulsory to know how to swim at least 25m and to be able to immerse yourself.

Minors must be accompanied by an adult for registration and briefing.

You must not be the subject of a medical contraindication to the practice of the chosen activity (banana, sofa, buoy, octopus, flight fish, water skiing, wakeboard, wakeskate.)

All participants are required to wear their flotation aid throughout the activity.

Playground:

Swimming school and swimming pool access:

Mandatory shower before entering the swimming pool.

Minimum age for teaching: 4 years old.

Supervision conditions:

The proposed activities (towed activities, swimming) are supervised by qualified instructors with their up-to-date professional card.

The supervision services are likely to be carried out by self-employed persons within the framework of a mandate.

Cancellation conditions:

For any cancellation more than 30 days before the activity, the deposit will be refunded.
For any cancellation within 30 days of the activity, the deposit will be retained.
For any cancellation within 5 days of the activity, the balance will be required.

The EDEN CLUB reserves the right, and without notice, to cancel or modify the content of a program for reasons of safety, weather, if one of the participants does not require the conditions corresponding to the practice of the activity, or for any other case of force majeure.
In these cases, a replacement activity will be organized if possible or another date will be offered. If the exit cannot be carried out, the service will be fully refunded to you without being able to claim any other compensation.

Insurance:

SARL AQUAPREST (manager of EDEN CLUB) is insured for professional civil liability for all the activities it offers. However, all participants must be insured for civil liability and it is recommended to hold individual accident insurance .
